Oct. 3—Nicholas Kociak, 23, was arrested on the 10300 block of South Kedzie Avenue at 1:44 a.m., and charged with battery and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Kociak was issued a $1,500 I-bond.

Oct. 3—Nicholas Fontaine, 24, was arrested on the 10300 block of South Kedzie Avenue at 2:01 a.m., and charged with criminal damage to property worth less than $500 and two counts of battery. Fontaine was issued a $1,500 I-bond.

Oct. 3—Marquise Reynolds, 25, was arrested on the 2100 block of West 95th Street at 7:03 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance; he was also wanted on three warrants for his arrest. Bond information was not available.
