meet marist

Despite the need to be socially distant, Marist students, teachers and administrators are excited to welcome families of eighth-graders to their campus to discover more about the Catholic, coed, college-prep community at the school during “Meet Marist” events that continue through Nov. 19.

Marist High School, 4200 W. 115th St., will host “Meet Marist,” an interactive event for families of eighth-graders, on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Nov. 19.

There will be two sessions offered each night, at 6:15 and 7:30 p.m. This will allow for small groups to attend a brief presentation, meet administrators, teachers, coaches and students, and tour Marist’s exceptional campus.

The presentations will discuss information about the spiritual, academic, athletic and co-curricular programs available at Marist and highlight recent improvements in curriculum, programming and facilities.

The tour will also allow visitors to see Marist’s new 28,000-square-foot science center and planetarium. Families can also see the school’s entrepreneurial center, broadcast center, design studio and other dynamic facilities across its 55-acre campus.

Pre-registration is required in order to limit attendance in accordance with COVID-19 protocols. A brief health screening form will also be required.

Celebrating 57 years of excellence, Marist High School, is a Catholic, coed high school, making Jesus Christ known and loved in the Marist Brothers’ tradition while preparing students for higher education and life.
