Betty Ann Collins (nee Gleason), 84, of Evergreen Park, died May 24.
All funeral services are private. A celebration of her life and a funeral Mass will be held at Most Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church at a later date. Curley Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Collins; her children, Patricia (Dwight) Morgan, Joseph (Laura) Collins and Maureen Collins; her grandchildren, Jack, Danny and Joey Collins, and Robert and Millar Morgan; and many nieces and nephews in the Collins and Pufunt families.
Collins was a longtime parishioner and dear friend to many in the Most Holy Redeemer parish in Evergreen Park. She courageously lived her life to the fullest, and she spent the last six years battling ALS.
