Barbara Ann Harrigan (nee Kluth), 82, of Beverly, died Oct. 14.
Funeral services were held Oct. 18 at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church. Interment followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Heeney-Laughlin Funeral Directors handled the arrangements.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard Harrigan; her children, Elizabeth (Brad) Isbister, Julie (Charles) Wagner and Amy Harrigan (fiance Jeff Nolan); her grandchildren, Susan, Lauren and Ellen Isbister and Megan and Sarah Mayer; her brothers- and sisters-in-law, Thomas (Eileen), John (Rita), Jane (Robert) Ehrenstrom and Paul Williams; her cousin, Sr. Pat Bergen; and many nieces and nephews.
Harrigan earned her bachelor’s degree of fine arts from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Ind., and two master’s degrees of fine arts through Rosary College at Villa Schifanoia in Florence, Italy.
She was a longtime art teacher at St. Barnabas and Christ the King elementary schools and St. Xavier University. The Harrigan Family is the longtime owner of The Original Pancake House-Beverly.
