UPS accident

After her car was struck from behind, Krystal McIntosh said, she screamed for help and eventually crawled out the passenger’s side window. She was relieved when Lashon Patterson arrived offering assistance. Driving past the crash scene, Patterson saw the vehicle with its headlights on and exhaust coming from the tailpipe, so he made a U-turn and drove back to help McIntosh.
