He was released at 5:15 a.m. on Sept. 15. Bond information was not available.

Sept. 16—Donell Payne, 48, was arrested on the 10900 block of South Troy Street at 7:05 p.m., and charged with criminal trespass to land and deception of a theft of less than $500, police said. He was released at 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 17. Bond information was not available.

Sept. 17—Khiren Howell, 19, was arrested on the 11400 block of South Homewood Avenue at 11:40 a.m. and charged with possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, police said; he also violated parole. Howell was released at 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. Bond information was not available.

Sept. 20—Keiland Williams, 31, was arrested on the 9600 block of South Vanderpoel Avenue at 3:21 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of .08, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to reduce speed, police said. He was released on a $3,000 D-bond at 11:02 a.m.

Sept. 20—Darnell Brinson, 40, was arrested on the 1900 block of West Monterey Avenue at 2:19 p.m. and charged with two counts of phone harassment with no conversation, police said. He was released at 6:10 a.m. on Sept. 21. Bond information was not available.
