A man was shot during an armed robbery in Beverly on the night of Oct. 29, according to the Chicago Police Department.
Police said the crime occurred in an alley on the 2200 block of West 95th Street at 9:20 p.m.
The victim, 35, was approached by an unknown offender who produced a handgun, demanded property and then shot the victim.
He suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg and was dropped off at OSF HealthCare Little Company of Mary Medical Center in good condition.
No one is in custody, police said, and Area 2 detectives are investigating.
