July 3—Brandon Brewster, 24, was arrested on the 10700 block of South Vincennes Avenue at 4:09 p.m. and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon with no Firearm Owner’s Identification Card or Firearm Concealed Carry Act information, manufacturing or delivering 10-30 grams of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance, failure to display a registration sticker, failure to carry or display at driver’s license or permit, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was released at 6 a.m. on July 4. Bond information was not available.
