Jan. 22—Gary Thurman, 54, was arrested on the 1600 block of West 95th Street at 12:20 p.m. and charged with retail theft of merchandise worth less than $300, police said. Thurman was released on a $1,500 I-bond at 4:50 p.m.

Jan. 22—Kevin Turnock, 31, was arrested on the 10900 block of South Hale Avenue at 8:27 p.m. and charged with aggravated fleeing and disobeying at least two traffic-control devices, possession of a controlled substance, and failing to signal a lane change. Turnock was released at 4:50 a.m. on Jan. 23. Bond information was not available.
