The Florist & The Flower opens for business
The Florist & The Flower, an online floral studio, opened on Feb. 11, and owner/lead floral designer Fallon Williams (center) and her family celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the studio, 10735 S. Western Ave. Enjoying the moment with Williams are her mom Sheri Culver (from left), her daughters Trinity and Terryn and her partner Kris Wash. The Florist & the Flower is a delivery-only floral studio that can design and install floral arrangements for any occasion. Fallon Williams is a Chicago native, and she brings confidence and creativity while working in and out of the floral studio to design arrangements. Williams specializes in making every moment an unforgettable memory. The Florist & The Flower is a dream come true for her. She has dreamed of owning a flower studio, and now her dream has become her reality. Williams said flowers communicate on many levels through their bright colors, textures and fragrances. They can express love, friendship, appreciation, condolences, humility, happiness, celebrations or well-wishes. All arrangements are thoughtfully handpicked by Williams and arranged with the customer in mind. She wants her clients to not think of her as a florist, but to think of her as a friend.
