Stanley P. Salabura, 67, of Morgan Park, died May 7.

Services and interment will be private.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca; his children, Sam and Ben (Erin) Salabura; his grandson, Tony; his sisters, Susan Macfarlane and Julie (Ed) Schoen; his mother- and father-in-law, Joyce and Armand Pettenon; his in-laws, Randy (Mary) Pettenon, Rachel (John) Ippolito, Tom (Cissy) Pettenon and Jennifer (Paul) Wittl; and many nieces and nephews.

Salabura was retired as a sergeant with the Chicago Police Department.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities, Attn: Memorial Gifts, 721 LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60654-9965.
