Michael P. Phelan, 75, of Evergreen Park, died Jan. 26.

Visitation is set for Jan. 31, from 3-8 p.m., at Sheehy and Sons Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather Feb. 1 at Most Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church at 10:30 for the funeral Mass. Private interment will follow.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marge; his children, Kelly (Kenny) Yana and Michael (Lindy) Phelan; his grandchildren, Quinn, Gavin, Reese and Paige; his siblings, Bill (Pat) Phelan, Pat (Phil) Wilson, Kathy (Tom) Lipinski, Denis (Judy) Phelan, Richard (Jane) Phelan and Mark (Judy) Phelan; and many nieces and nephews.

Phelan was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Most Holy Redeemer Church.
