Larry Edward Rowley, 71, of Beverly, died March 31.
Visitation will be held April 6, from 3-8 p.m., at McGann and Son Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be held April 7 at 10 a.m. at St. John Fisher Roman Catholic Church. Private interment will follow.
The Mass at St. John Fisher is limited to 200 guests, and they are required to sign up at the funeral home during the visitation. If people are not attending the visitation, they should call (773) 783-7700 to sign up for the Mass.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Rowley; his children, Lisa (James) Trabadela and Amy (Matthew) Edquist; his grandchildren, Mia, Charlie and Camden; his siblings, Michael (Marcia) Rowley and Judith (Tony) Hyatt; and his nieces and nephews, Jason (Gretchen) Hyatt, Melissa (Eric) Jackson, Douglas Rowley, Laura (Brandon) Klonowski and Matthew (Lesley) Hyatt.
Rowley spent his professional life serving others and the city of Chicago for over 35 years as a Chicago Police Department officer in the 9th District.
After retirement, he continued in a different line of service while working for over 20 years at Lettuce Entertain You, specifically at Scoozi.
Rowley was loved and will be missed by many.
