The Chicago Bears posted a 5-3 record through the first half of the season, so how positive are their fans about how the team will finish? The Beverly Review went to the fans for their answers.
In a Twitter poll that accumulated 264 total votes, 33 percent (87 votes) believe the Bears will finish 9-7 overall followed by 31.8 percent (84 votes) foreseeing an 8-8 record. Rounding out the votes were 21.6 percent (57 votes) with a “7-9 record or worse” and 13.6 percent voting for “10-6 or better” (36 votes).
Facing Tennessee on Nov. 8, the Bears lost 24-17 to the host Titans to drop to 5-4. The Bears return to action on Nov. 16, hosting the Minnesota Vikings in a NFC North matchup on Monday Night Football.
