St. Rita football duo signs National Letters of Intent

St. Rita High School senior football players, Kyle James and Frank Schmitt, recently signed their National Letters of Intent in a ceremony at the school. James, a Beverly resident and Sutherland Elementary School graduate, signed with the University of Chicago. James is a 5’7”, 165-pound running back. Schmitt, a Mt. Greenwood resident and Queen of Martyrs Elementary School graduate, signed with Western Illinois University. Schmitt is a 6’1”, 195-pound safety. (photos courtesy of St. Rita)
